1 Interpretation and Definitions

In this Agreement, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below:

• "Platform" — refers to the mulia666 website accessible at mulia666.org and any related mobile applications or services operated by mulia666.
• "Account" — a personal account registered by a User to access mulia666 services.
• "Real Money" — cash or monetary value deposited into an account by a User through a verified payment method.
• "Bonus" — free credits, cashback or promotional benefits granted by mulia666 subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" (Wagering Requirement) — the amount that must be wagered before bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• "Fraud" — any attempt to deceive, exploit system vulnerabilities, or use unfair means to gain an advantage in gambling.

2 Account Registration

mulia666 account registration is open to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Aged 21 and above on the date of registration. This is an absolute age limit and cannot be waived.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not included on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition imposed by any relevant authority.
• Register only one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. mulia666 reserves the right to request verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad), passport or proof of address at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Deposits and Payments

mulia666 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The deposit conditions are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount for each method is RM50.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same mulia666 account name.
• mulia666 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit detected as originating from a third party will be returned and the relevant account may be temporarily suspended for investigation.
• mulia666 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

4 Withdrawals

Users may withdraw funds from their mulia666 account subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to an account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.
• The standard processing time is between 5 and 30 minutes after the request has been approved by the mulia666 team.
• Before the first withdrawal is processed, users may be required to fully complete the identity verification process (KYC).
• Bonus funds are only eligible for withdrawal after the related wagering requirements have been fully met.

mulia666 reserves the right to request additional documents for compliance purposes before approving a withdrawal request. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in the withdrawal being held until the investigation is complete.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

mulia666 offers various promotions to registered users. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, and the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum value of RM300. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received before a withdrawal can be made. For example: a deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM120, a total balance of RM220, and a wagering requirement of RM3,000 (RM120 × 25).
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.

• mulia666 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if a user is suspected of misusing promotions.
• The mulia666 VIP Programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond, each offering different weekly cashback rates. Eligibility for tier upgrades depends on accumulated gaming activity over time.

6 User Conduct and Responsibilities

When using mulia666, users agree to:

• Not use any automated software or methods to interact with the platform, including bots, scripts or unauthorised third-party tools.
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt or damage the systems, servers or databases of mulia666.
• Not involved in any activity that could be considered money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Ensure all information provided to mulia666 is accurate and kept up to date.
• Comply with all relevant laws and regulations applicable in the user's location.

mulia666 uses advanced monitoring technology to detect unusual activity. Any account suspected of behaviour that violates these terms is subject to immediate action without prior notice.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

mulia666 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
• Engaging in fraud, hacking or activities that harm the platform or other players.
• Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the stipulated timeframe.
• At the request of a competent authority or as part of a legal investigation.

Users also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting mulia666 customer support. Account closure requests related to the self-exclusion programme will be processed in accordance with mulia666's Responsible Gambling policy.

8 Limitation of Liability

mulia666 is not liable for:

• Any losses arising from technical disruptions, system failures or factors beyond mulia666's control.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their password.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Changes in laws or regulations that affect access to or use of the platform in the user's region.

mulia666's maximum liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9 Amendments to Terms

mulia666 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via:

• A notice displayed on the platform's main page.
• A notification email sent to the address registered on the user's account.
• An in-platform notification upon login.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of such amendments constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms in effect.

10 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction in which mulia666 is registered. For any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the platform:

• Users are encouraged to contact the mulia666 support team first for an amicable resolution.
• If a resolution cannot be reached internally within a reasonable period, the parties agree to refer the dispute to arbitration conducted in accordance with the relevant international licensing rules.
• Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all local laws and regulations relating to online gambling in their region.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
